Service information
The key facts about OneTechAdmin in one place, for callers, assistants and anyone who wants a quick summary. This page matches the rest of the website.
About the service
- What OneTechAdmin does
Sorts the tech problems that interrupt work, with minimal effort from the customer: everyday tech help, including email, devices, software and accounts, apps and online tools, and website faults.
- Who provides it
OneTechAdmin is provided by THNF (Tech Has No Face), thnf.tech. THNF delivers the service.
- Who it serves
Small businesses and sole traders without their own IT help. Individuals can use it too.
What’s covered
- Email problems
Email that won’t send, arrive or sync; spam problems; setting up email on new devices.
- Devices, software and accounts
Two-step verification, sharing, adding and removing people, tools that have stopped working properly.
- Apps and online tools
Booking tools, payment links, business listings, the technical side of social media (connecting accounts, profile links, scheduling tools, uploading content the customer has prepared) and connecting tools together. Not content creation or ongoing account or campaign management.
- Website faults
Contact forms, security certificates, mobile problems and out-of-date details on an existing website.
- Limits
Every request is assessed before we commit. Support depends on the tools involved and the access the customer can give. Not every problem can be fixed quickly. We don’t promise outcomes outside our control.
Free help
- Free guides
Practical guides for common problems at https://onetechadmin.com/free-help/. Free to use, with no purchase, account or contact details needed. Paid help is an optional next step.
How paid work works
- Asking for help
Customers give their name, email and a short description of the problem. A website address and phone number are optional. No account or app is needed.
- Quotes
Fixed-price pilot packages for clearly defined tasks are listed at /pricing/; the team confirms a job fits a package before any payment. Everything else is quoted in writing after review, with the scope, price, timing and any third-party costs. No other prices are given before that review.
- Approval
Paid work starts only after the customer approves the quote, or pays for it where the quote says so.
- Timing
After assessment, suitable jobs may take one to two hours of work. The timing for each job is in its quote. No fix is promised within a set time of first contact.
- What we never ask for
Passwords, card details or access codes through the form, email or phone. When access is needed, the team arranges it safely.

Remote help, and visits where available
- Remote help
Most problems can be sorted remotely, in one of three ways: we talk you through it on the phone, you give us access to the account or tool involved, or we use remote help on your device. Remote help only happens with your consent, in a session you start and approve, and you can end it at any time. Your quote says which way we’ll do it. You never need to share a password.
- Visits
-
We don’t currently offer visits. If a problem needs someone on site, we’ll tell you before quoting.
- Timing
After we’ve assessed a request, suitable jobs may take one to two hours of work. We don’t promise to arrive or finish within a set time of first contact; the timing is in your quote.

Automated answers
- What only the team confirms
Prices, appointments, availability and completion dates are confirmed only by the OneTechAdmin team, in writing. An automated assistant may answer questions from this page and take enquiry details for the team. It doesn’t diagnose problems or connect to anyone’s device; that’s done by a person, only with the customer’s consent. An assistant answering at any hour does not mean a person is available at that time.
Call-out and travel charges
Remote help has no call-out or travel charge. Where an in-person visit is available, travel is £1 per mile for the agreed return journey, with a minimum travel charge of £20, separate from the work price.
Applicable London Congestion Charge and other agreed road charges are shown separately in your quote before you approve or pay. The standard Congestion Charge is currently £18 per day when paid in advance or on the day (checked 8 October 2026); any applicable discount is reflected in the quote. Late-payment uplifts or penalties caused by us are not passed to you. We charge only costs attributable to your visit and do not charge the same daily road charge in full to multiple customers.
Longer or congested journeys may need a separate travel quote. Your quote shows the work price, travel, any applicable road charges and the total. Visit availability and the service area must be confirmed before booking.
